Refund policy
You may return new and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including all packaging, accessories, and tags.
- Incorrect or Defective Items: We will cover the return shipping costs if the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item). Please contact us immediately upon discovering the issue.
- Change of Mind: We unfortunately do not offer returns for change of mind.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

Returns Procedure
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at honuliving19@gmail.com with your order number and a description of the item(s) you wish to return, including the reason for the return. If the item is defective or incorrect, please include photos.
- Return Authorization: We will review your request and either send you a prepaid return label (if the return is due to our error) or provide our return shipping address. If you are responsible for the return shipping, we recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we are not liable for lost or damaged returns.
- Return Shipment: Pack the item securely, including a note inside the parcel with your order number and the reason for return. Ship the item back to us using the address provided.
- Refund Processing: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account. Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non-refundable.
